These terms govern your use of the Booktall website and platform. By using Booktall, you agree to them.
Booktall provides booking and reservation software for tour and rental operators, including payment processing through Stripe. We work to keep the service reliable and secure, and we continually improve it.
Booktall charges a flat 1% platform fee on bookings, with no monthly or setup fee and no long-term contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, the fulfillment of bookings your customers make, and compliance with the laws that apply to your business. You retain ownership of your data.
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable, "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booktall is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
