• Booking data we process on behalf of operators — when a business uses Booktall, we act as a data processor for the reservation and customer information they collect from their guests.
• Basic usage data — standard, privacy-respecting analytics to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use it

We use contact details to respond to you and provide the service, and we process booking data solely to operate the platform on behalf of the relevant business. Payment information is handled by Stripe under their own privacy terms; we do not store full card numbers.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers required to operate Booktall (for example, Stripe for payments and email/SMS providers for confirmations).

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@booktall.net. Operators can export or delete their business data at any time.
